This Privacy Policy explains how Glotario LLC ("Sigma Valet," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with the Sigma Valet valet parking management platform and related websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services or providing your information at a participating valet location, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect
We collect information needed to provide valet services and operate the platform. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:
- Contact information — your mobile phone number, and where applicable your name and email address, provided at valet check-in so we can send you your ticket and retrieval notifications.
- Vehicle & ticket information — details about your vehicle (such as make, model, color, and license plate), your digital claim ticket, drop-off and pickup times, and the servicing location.
- Payment information — when you pay a valet fee or add a tip, payment is processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your card details directly; we do not store full card numbers on our systems. We may retain limited transaction records (such as amount, date, last four digits, and a receipt reference).
- Account information — for valet operators, managers, and administrators who log in, we collect account credentials and role assignments.
- Usage & device information — basic technical data such as IP address, device/browser type, and log information generated when you use our websites or applications.
2. SMS / Text Messaging
Our SMS program at a glance
Sigma Valet sends transactional text messages — such as ticket confirmations and "your car is ready" alerts — to guests who provide a mobile number at a participating valet location. This is not a marketing program.
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
What information we collect for SMS
To send you text messages, we collect your mobile phone number, together with the vehicle and ticket information and, if you pay through the platform, payment information described above. Message-related data (such as delivery status) may be processed by our SMS provider.
How SMS consent is obtained
When you check in at a participating valet stand, you may provide your mobile phone number to a valet attendant (or enter it yourself) in order to receive your digital ticket and vehicle-retrieval notifications. By providing your mobile number for this purpose, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Sigma Valet related to your valet visit. Providing your number is optional; if you prefer not to receive texts, you may decline and use a paper or alternative ticket where available.
Message types & frequency
Messages are transactional and tied to your specific valet visit. They may include ticket confirmations, vehicle-ready alerts, payment links, and receipts. Message frequency varies depending on how you use the valet service (for example, one visit may generate a small number of messages).
Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to the plan you have with your mobile carrier. Sigma Valet does not charge you for receiving text messages.
How to opt out (STOP) and get help (HELP)
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will stop sending you transactional SMS. You may still receive service information by other means (for example, in person at the valet stand).
- Help: reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at support@sigmavalet.com.
Privacy of your mobile opt-in
We take the privacy of your messaging data seriously:
- We do not sell your personal information, including your phone number.
- Your mobile opt-in and consent information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Your phone number is shared only with our SMS delivery provider strictly to send the messages you requested, as described in the "How we share information" section below.
Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission by your mobile carrier and other conditions outside our control.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide the valet service — issue digital tickets, coordinate vehicle retrieval, and notify you of ticket confirmations and when your vehicle is ready;
- Process payments and tips and issue receipts through our payment provider;
- Send transactional messages by SMS and email related to your valet visit;
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the platform;
- Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues; and
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. How we share information
We share personal information only as needed to run the Services, and with the following categories of recipients:

These providers act as our service providers / processors and are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us, not for their own purposes. We may also disclose information (a) to comply with law, legal process, or lawful requests; (b) to protect the rights, safety, and property of Sigma Valet, our users, or the public; or (c) in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.
As noted above, we do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. We do not sell your data
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not rent or trade your phone number, email address, or other personal data.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce our agreements. Ticket and transaction records may be retained for operational, accounting, and legal purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. Specific retention periods are described in our internal retention schedule. In general, ticket and transaction records are retained for approximately 24 months after your visit, phone-verification (OTP) data for approximately 30 days, and opt-out (STOP) records for as long as necessary to honor your request, unless a longer period is required by law.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and the use of reputable processors (such as Stripe for payment data). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights & choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can:
- Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP (see the SMS section above);
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link in the message or by contacting us;
- Request access or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below.
We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Children's privacy
The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
