SMS Sign-Up & Consent
Effective date: July 28, 2026
How guests opt in to Sigma Valet text messages. Sign-up happens only on this page, by the guest, on their own mobile number, confirmed by a one-time code.
Sigma Valet (operated by Glotario LLC) sends transactional messages only — one-time verification codes, car-ready alerts, and pickup updates. This is not a marketing program. Providing a mobile number is optional and is never required to use the valet service. For the governing documents, see our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Sign up online
This form is the only way to sign up
Sigma Valet text messages are sent only to a mobile number that was entered on this form by the person who owns it, with the consent box above checked, and then verified by a one-time code sent to that number. Until verification completes, the number receives no vehicle-status or pickup messages — the only message sent before enrollment is the one-time verification code you requested.
Valet attendants do not collect or enroll mobile numbers. A guest who wants text updates visits this page on their own handset and completes the sign-up themselves.
Texting START (re-subscribing after STOP)
START is not a sign-up method. It exists for one purpose: a guest who previously replied STOP can text START to +1 (214) 974-3576 to lift that block and become reachable again.
Texting START does not create a valet ticket, does not associate a number with a vehicle, and does not by itself cause Sigma Valet to send anything. A guest who has never signed up on this form receives no messages, whether or not they text START. To sign up, use the form above.
“Sigma Valet: You are subscribed to vehicle status texts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.”
“You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe.”
The two replies above are reproduced verbatim from the SMS campaign registration for +1 (214) 974-3576. “You are subscribed” in the START reply refers to your number no longer being blocked at the messaging platform; it does not mean a valet ticket exists or that messages will follow.
