These SMS / Messaging Terms describe the text-messaging program operated by Glotario LLC ("Sigma Valet," "we," "us," or "our"). They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Program description

Sigma Valet sends transactional text messages to guests of participating valet locations to support the valet-parking experience. Messages relate to your specific valet visit and may include:

This is not a marketing or promotional program. We do not send advertising text messages through this program.

2. How to opt in

When you check in at a participating valet stand, you may provide your mobile phone number to a valet attendant, or enter it yourself, in order to receive your digital ticket and vehicle-retrieval notifications. By providing your mobile number for this purpose, you consent to receive the transactional text messages described above from Sigma Valet. Providing your number is optional and is not a condition of any purchase; if you prefer not to receive texts, you may decline and use an alternative ticket method where available.

3. Opting out and getting help

STOP

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation that you have unsubscribed, after which we will stop sending you transactional text messages. To resume, you can opt in again at your next valet visit.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance. You can also reach us at support@sigmavalet.com.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Because messages are triggered by your valet activity, the number of messages you receive depends on your visit — for example, a single visit may generate a small number of messages such as a ticket confirmation, a car-ready alert, and a payment receipt.

5. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply based on the plan you have with your mobile carrier. Sigma Valet does not charge you for receiving text messages. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan.

6. Supported carriers

Our messages are supported across major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and their affiliates and many regional carriers. Carrier support may change without notice.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and to factors outside our control, and we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.

7. Privacy

We respect the privacy of your messaging information. We do not sell your personal information, and your mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Your mobile number is shared only with our SMS delivery provider strictly to send the messages you requested. 8. Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS / Messaging Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued participation in the messaging program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
